Samuel Fiala | South America Mission | Peru
Sam Fiala is a member of Christ Church. He experienced a calling to be a missionary from an early age and has pursued this calling to mission aviation.
Sam is working with South America Mission to provide travel into remote parts of the Peruvian Amazon. Based out of Pucallpa, Peru, Sam is working to build strong relationships with indigenous leaders and people. His primary purpose is to safely transport national and local church leaders as well as missionaries into remote communities within the Amazon in order to spread the gospel of Jesus and extend the love of God into the world.
The ministry of South America Mission: transporting fulfillers of the Great Commission to the hard-to-reach places, to the people in those remote, village homes, with the good news of Jesus. SAMAIR Peru is landing planes and creating crossroads of humanity, and intersections of lives, to make God known.
Hundreds of villages are among the 55+ tribes throughout the jungles of Peru. Some have no Gospel witness while others boast their own Bible training programs. Many of these groups have limited or no access to the outside world due to geographical restrictions. Travel to and from these locations is very difficult and many missionaries simply cannot access these areas without aviation service. Villagers are open to the Gospel and also greatly desire to have their educational and economic needs met.
