Christ Church MomCo believes in the simple but revolutionary idea that remarkable things happen when moms come together. We rally women to help them become more brave, kind and honest by providing a safe and loving community to journey through motherhood. We know that mothering can be challenging at times, and so the MomCo is here to create a space where moms can be themselves.
Our specialty is serving moms. Whether you are a soon-to-be mom, first-time mom or seventh-time mom, you are welcome here. Whether you are an adoptive mom, young mom, seasoned mom, foster mom, stepmom or any other type of mom, you are welcome here.

Are you interested in expanding your relationship with God while fostering your relationships with your MomCo peers? MomCo is now offering a small group Bible study on alternating Wednesdays.
This session we will be exploring Ephesians with the book Ephesians: Head Held High by Lori Wilhite. “Ephesians was written to remind us who we are. It's about refamiliarizing ourselves with our identities in Christ so that we don't have to live under the crushing weight of heartache and disappointment. In his letter to the church in Ephesus, Paul gives us beautiful insight into the Lord's redemptive power.
Too often, our shoulders slump under the weight of family struggles, financial stress, and feelings of insecurity. We are pushed down by insignificance, insecurity, and an overwhelming sense of powerlessness and discouragement. You are not meant to be under that burden any longer. You are a chosen child of God, saved by His grace, forgiven and free.”
Here at Christ Church, our specialty is serving moms. Whether you are a soon-to-be mom, first-time mom or seventh-time mom, you are welcome here. Whether you are an adoptive mom, young mom, seasoned mom, foster mom, stepmom or any other type of mom, you are welcome here.
Child care is free and will be provided for infants through kingergarten.

What is Holy Yoga?
Holy Yoga is the intentional practice of connecting our entire being, body, mind and spirit with God: the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. It is experiential worship created to deepen people’s connection to Christ. Our sole purpose is to facilitate a Christ-honoring experience that offers an opportunity to authentically connect to God through His Word, worship and wellness.
We practice with our minds set on whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent or praiseworthy (Philippians 4:8), not with our minds emptied. We meditate on the wisdom of God’s Word (Psalm 119:9–16, 26–27), not on man’s wisdom. We seek the transcendence and glory of God, not our own.
What should I wear and bring to class?
Participants should wear comfortable clothes (layer up) and have a yoga mat or thin exercise mat. A yoga block or pillow/blanket may also be handy. (If needed, a limited supply of mats and blocks are also available upon request.)
Who will be leading the class?
Certified Holy Yoga Instructor, Kimberly Leigh. Kimberly is honored to lead, and excited to share how God uses yoga as a practice of integrating breath, motion and prayer to help us all grow deeper in our relationship with Christ while at the same time nurturing the vessel He's blessed us with.
What type of yoga is practiced during this 60-minute class? Students can expect Hatha and Vinyasa-style yoga to be taught. All levels are welcome! Modifications will be cued as necessary throughout this slow-flow experience.
When should I arrive?
Class will BEGIN at 9:15 a.m. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle your mind for a fruitful class.
How do I sign up?
Come to Christ Church Oak Brook and join us in the Green Room. If you're a first-time student, the Holy Yoga waiver can be filled out in person prior to class. If the weather allows, classes will be held outdoors near the playground on the Northeast end of the building.
Child care is not available at this time.

Thursdays | 6:00–7:15 a.m. | Zoom Meeting
Our professional women’s group consists of women in a variety of careers who desire a place to explore faith and find friendship. Typically, the work day doesn’t allow time for meeting in person, so we'll meet on Thursdays on Zoom.
From September through April we follow along with Women of Hope and study the same materials. We do our best to gather in person a few times each season as well.
Summer Session | Begins June 13
We will study Speak, My Soul: Listening to the Divine with Holy Purpose by Marsha Crockett. Each participant should locate their own copy of the book. To join this group, email women@ChristChurch.us.
Fall Session | Coming Soon
Please check back at the end of June to register for the fall session of Women of Hope. For the fall session, if you are interested in joining the professional women’s group, please sign up for the morning session of Women of Hope and select “Sue Williams” from the leader list.
We look forward to meeting you!
